I had something personal to do but I went to a patisserie I’ve never seen before and I have a chocolate croissant and a coffee for breakfast :)

  • Breakfast: Muesli and blueberry Chobani
  • Lunch: Toasted ham and cheese sandwich
  • Dinner: Roast chicken with a little bit of pasta and potato salad
  • Snacks: Skim cappuccino, green tea, malaysian laksa

Really happy with my intake today, I feel like I’m back to normal. We are about to take the doggies for a much needed walk and then I can sit and relax and watch new SVU. Very happy it’s Friday tomorrow!
